the desert is never too red ;) some times the eye and the sensor just can't procces the intensity. it only works in the back of the mind...........

It was VERY red, and I guess I shouldn't be surprised, as the camera usually over indulges in red saturation in normal situations ;)

Did my best to keep the colors as true as possible, but you know, sometimes the atmosphere and colors just can't find their way into the lense correctly :D

I'm sure man, for real. This is literally the spot where tourists hop off the bus.

In fact, when were there, a bus did stop - of course, full of asian tourists. I hate to sound prejudiced or racists or anything... but I wasn't watching them, only listening. It sounded like a fight scene from a kung fu flick or Kill Bill or something. They totally shattered the silence of sundown, for about 10 minutes as they handed each other their cameras, you know to get that 'tourist in front of nature' travel shot... after they got that done, they didnt' even really look at the place; they were immediately off to the gift shop. and the silience returned just as suddenly as it appeared.

nutty.
